We start with the Discovery call to learn about your business' inefficiencies and pain points. Then we diagnose what you share and identify the highest impact solutions with pricing and ROI so you clearly understand the value proposition, and present this in the follow-up Proposal call. Once we're engaged, we perform a deep-dive Audit — employee interviews, SOP reviews, system shadowing — to determine the exact AOS configuration you need. After you see tangible results, we then work with you on adding additional modules that can benefit the business. AMERIKEEN is your AI partner, not a bot retailer.

How much internal time will the install take?

Audit week is the only time-intensive phase for your team — owner and key team interviews. After that we build remotely (3–5 days, no client time required), then guided install (1–2 days), then training (3–5 days). Most teams are independent by week two.

What does the team need to do differently after install?

Less, not more. Tasks mapped to "augment" run with AOS doing the heavy lift and your team approving. Tasks mapped to "automate" run with AOS handling end-to-end and your team reviewing the audit trail. The work mapped to "keep-as-is" — judgment calls, relationships, craft — stays human and gets the bandwidth back that was previously consumed by busywork.

Is our data safe?

AOS runs in your environment, not ours. Encryption at rest and in transit. Role-based access control. Full audit log of every action AOS takes. You can review or revoke at any time. We deliver against SOC 2 and (for clients who need it) SOX-relevant control patterns.
